Reflective Self-Inquiry
A few quiet questions to notice where you are today. These are prompts for reflection – not a test, a score, or any kind of clinical assessment. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
Gentle Practices
Simple, safe self-practices you can explore on your own. The deeper change work – anything touching trauma, memory or old wounds – belongs in a session with a trained practitioner who can hold the space; those are marked clearly.
The Pathway Finder
Answer two gentle questions and the Codex will suggest where your attention might go – and which conversation is worth having.
Tap a starting point to begin – or book a quiet 30 minutes and we can find it together.
The Archetypes
Drawn from Jung's depth psychology: recurring patterns we all carry. Reading them is a way to understand yourself with more compassion – not to label or box anyone in.
The Warrior
Courage, discipline, purposeful action
The Lover
Beauty, connection, feeling
The Sage
Wisdom, truth, clear seeing
The Creator
Vision, expression, new form
The Magician
Transformation, insight, the unseen
The Shadow
The disowned self, seeking integration
The Map of States
Hypnosis is not an on-off switch. It is a continuum of absorption – a voluntary shift in the relationship between your conscious mind, your body and your subconscious. The Arons Depth Scale divides this continuum into seven observable stages, each with its own signature. Tap any stage to open it.
Two things worth knowing first. There is no “better” depth – light hypnosis can do profound work, and the therapeutic sweet spot is often the middle stages. And Stage 1 is the same twilight you pass through drifting into or out of sleep – the natural doorway in.
This page does not measure your state, induce anything, or change your brain. Every stage is entered willingly and is reversible at any moment. Reading it changes nothing in you – it simply explains the terms.
The Obstacles
Most guides only describe the smooth path. These are the snags almost everyone meets – what they look like, why they happen, and how people move through them. Tap to open each.
The Companion Journal
Choose a prompt or write freely. Anything you type stays on this device only – it is never saved to a server or sent anywhere.
The Lexicon
Plain-language definitions of the concepts behind the work. Search by name, art or idea.
These are explanations of what each method is – not instructions for performing it. Methods marked “in session” are practitioner-led and belong in supported, consensual settings.
The door is you.
If anything here met something true in you, the next step is simply a conversation. No pressure, no commitment – just thirty quiet minutes to see what's possible.
The Transformation Codex is offered for education and reflection. It is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling or in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or your GP.
