These are the tools I built
for myself.
These are the tools I built for myself. Now they are yours.
You have read the articles. You have done the research. You understand, intellectually, how sound and hypnosis can shift the nervous system. But there is a gap between knowing and experiencing – and that gap is where most people stay stuck.
These six tools close that gap. They range from sixty seconds to fifty-five minutes. From a single breath to a full neurosonic journey. You can use them alone, in sequence, or return to the one that meets you where you are right now.
I built them because I needed them first. I use them still. I am not asking you to believe anything – I am asking you to test them and trust your own experience.

The Tool Library
Six tools. Start anywhere.
From a single breath to a full neurosonic journey. Each one stands alone; together they are a path.
The 60-Second Reset
60 seconds. One breath. Anywhere.
It does not promise to fix anything. It promises to drop one calm frequency into the pool – and that is often enough to change what happens next. Sixty seconds. No preparation. No one needs to know you are doing it.
The Exhale
7 minutes. The exhale you've been holding all day.
This is the audio I give to every new client before we meet. It is also the one I use myself when I have been in front of a screen too long and need to remember I have a body – and that my body is not a machine.
Before You Reset
Three questions. A lifetime of answers.
There is no right answer. There is only the honest one. And the honest one – even when it is uncomfortable – is the one that leads somewhere real.
Set Your Reset
Choose one thing. Anchor it. Let the frequency carry it.
Plant a single intention, pair it with a simple anchor, and let a 528 Hz tone hold it while you breathe. A small, repeatable act of choosing what you carry forward.
The Onyx Grimoire
The full map. For when you're ready to go deeper.
You do not need to read it all. You do not even need to open it today. But it is here – the full architecture – for when you are ready to understand why the tools work, not just that they do.
The TranceFormation Codex
Every technique behind the work – hypnosis, hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP, in one open reference.
This is the reference I keep at my own elbow: the full library of methods behind the work – the inductions and deepeners of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, the reframes and language patterns of NLP, the questions and frames of life and mindset coaching – each one explained plainly, and always with consent and agency at the centre. You do not need to study it to use the other tools. But when you want to understand exactly how a reset is built, rather than simply that it works, it is all here, laid open.
An honest note. These tools are for calm, reflection and focus – not treatment, and they measure nothing about you. The tone previews are real synthesised sound; frequency names and brainwave-state words are a gentle shape for a practice, not a clinical claim. If a tone simply feels good, that is reason enough to use it. Headphones make it lovelier, never mandatory.

A note on evidence & further reading
- Paced, resonant breathing and its links to heart-rate variability and parasympathetic activity are an active, evidence-friendly area.
- "Anchoring" as used here is a self-directed associative practice, described plainly and used only with your full awareness and consent.
- Specific frequency-effect claims (Solfeggio tones and brainwave-state language) remain traditional or emerging rather than firmly established, and are offered as a gentle framing, not a medical claim.
