Private hypnotherapy · NLP · Somatic work
Three pathways.
One private practice.
Welcome back. The door you were drawn to is still open.
You don't need to know the diagnosis. You only need to recognise the feeling. Read slowly. The pathway you feel most drawn to is usually the one that has been waiting longest.
Which feeling is loudest right now?
Or simply scroll. There is no wrong door.
The work is the same beneath all three doors – reaching the pattern underneath the symptom. The doors exist so you can start from where it hurts.
Pathway one · The racing mind
The Sanctuary
It's 3am and the meeting is replaying again. The body is exhausted; the mind declines the invitation to rest. By day you are composed, decisive, reliable – and underneath it, a low hum of vigilance that never quite stands down. You've tried the apps, the breathing, the discipline. They help. Then the hum returns.
A mind that won't switch off is rarely a thinking problem. It is usually a safety pattern – a system that learned, somewhere along the way, that staying alert was how you stayed ahead of trouble. The thoughts are the surface. The vigilance underneath is the pattern. That is the layer this work addresses – gently, and with your full consent at every step.
The Reset: private sessions of hypnotherapy and NLP designed to let the vigilance stand down rather than be overpowered. Clients often describe the change first as something missing – the noise they'd stopped noticing, no longer there. Evenings get quieter. Sleep stops being a negotiation.
Pathway two · The missing why
The Compass
The targets were hit. The applause came. And in the car afterwards, nothing. You built the thing you said you wanted, and somewhere along the way the wanting went quiet. It isn't burnout exactly. It's flatter than that – a life that looks right from the outside and doesn't land on the inside.
Flatness after achievement often means the goals were doing a job – proving something, outrunning something, earning something that was never actually on offer. When the proving is done, the engine that ran on it goes quiet. The work here is to find what you want when nothing needs proving – and that answer lives below the strategy level, in the patterns that set the goals in the first place.
The Reset: deep, structured work to separate what you genuinely want from what you learned to chase. Clients often describe decisions becoming simpler – not because the options changed, but because the chooser did.
Pathway three · The distance
The Covenant
You are in the room and not in the room. The people you love get the leftovers of your attention, and you can see it happening – the glazed listening, the phone reaching for your hand, the warmth you mean to feel arriving a beat too late. Nobody is angry yet. But something is thinning, and you know it.
Distance is rarely a love problem. More often it is an occupancy problem – a system so busy holding everything that there is no one left at the window. Presence isn't a skill you've lost; it's a state your system stopped granting itself permission to enter. The work is to restore that permission, so being with the people you love stops requiring effort and starts being where the effort ends.
The Reset: private work on the pattern that keeps you elsewhere. Clients often describe the same small moment afterwards – an ordinary evening, suddenly vivid, and the strange relief of actually being in it.

Sessions are private, one-to-one – in person in Richmond, London, or by private HD video anywhere in the world. Every pathway begins the same way: a quiet thirty-minute call to establish whether this is the right work for you. If it isn't, you'll be told so, plainly.
Private work begins from £750 for three sessions. The full structure for your pathway is laid out on the call – no pressure, only clarity.
