Hypnosis is not an on-off switch. It is a continuum of absorption – a voluntary shift in the relationship between your conscious mind, your body and your subconscious. The Arons Depth Scale divides this continuum into seven observable stages, each with its own signature. Tap any stage to open it.
Two things worth knowing first. There is no “better” depth – light hypnosis can do profound work, and the therapeutic sweet spot is often the middle stages. And Stage 1 is the same twilight you pass through drifting into or out of sleep – the natural doorway in.

The Covenant
Every art in this Codex is only as good as the ethic that holds it. Power over the mind – your own or anyone else's – is a responsibility before it is a skill. Read this part first. The rest only makes sense inside it.
Before anything is offered, one question is asked: would the person feel genuinely good about this if they could see the whole of it? If the honest answer is anything other than yes, it is not done. You are not broken and you are not a project to be fixed – you arrive already whole, already resourceful. The work simply helps you reach what is already yours.
